while this is a kind of shot that has been done before i do feel that this is a well executed version

the sharply focused hands contrast well with the difficult to make out head and combined with the grimy colours add to an overall atmosphere of tension, anxiety and dread.
it reminds me of a chris cunningham video ( i.e 'rubber jonny' )

the image also seems to work on a couple of levels, its not clear whether the figure is threatening to us and trying to break free to attack or if it is more representative of being trapped and desperate.
The Artist thought this was FAIR

not at all mate! work with light is perfect, composition as well, focus is reasonable. warmer color with dark places gets u in creepily atmosphere which u wanted to get..
good work...
